If so, you are in the right place... this is a self paced course designed to help you understand more about your ADHD, and how it presents in women, providing a toolkit to help reduce challenges such as overwhelm, anxiety and focus.

Once we have navigated the challenges of ADHD, we then get on to the fun stuff. Helping you to identify what you really want out of life in all areas. Then how to set and achieve realistic goals to help you get there.
