The boost2move program will guide you on a journey of making and honouring a daily commitment to YOU. Boost teaches you how to make change last and develop a STEP or any exercise habit. YOU will also master the art of tracking which gives the freedom to achieve.

The 25 page Guide is used on the 6 week live program. The live program kicks-off with an interactive zoom call, after which you'll join me & the 9 other participants in a small, cosy whatsapp group for daily fun, interaction, support and motivation.

Should you wish to, you can go solo with the guide for 30 days!

The guide begins with journal prompts to help you pick the perfect step count for your lifestyle. You'll learn an easy but fun way to get more steps into your daily life by using allowances, dual tracking and fun challenges.

By the end of the program/guide, you will be more active, exercise daily, be toned, have lost weight, be enjoying the outdoors and love tracking steps(see the reviews).
