​I feed on regular prayer, meditation, breath-work, decrees, yoga, gratitude, & even cold water oblations to connect me to my Spirit within

​Nature is my home, my peace, my sanctuary

​I host a prayer and meditation gathering called Prayer Warriors each Wednesday morning where we enter into a space of silence and stillness through meditation, and offer up prayers of supplication & thanksgiving for the victories in each other's lives, health and businesses.

​I am happily married to the love of my life, Ricky

We have 3 dogs and 2 cats that fill our home and hearts with love and joy.

I love humanity, and enjoy connecting with other people on a similar path to give and receive inspiration, support and guidance.
